These jars bring together the quality of Apulian olive oil and careful attention to artisanal details. Inside is extra virgin olive oil made from the monocultivar Coratina, produced by our family company “Agrigem” (click on the IG page).
The Coratina variety grows in mineral-rich soils protected from sea breezes, giving rise to a rich oil with an intense flavour and a delicate spicy aftertaste.
The design of these handmade jars reflects the free spirit of Apulia.
